ahamoに切り替えました
SoftBankから、話題のahamoにMNPをしました。
しかし、開通処理が遅くなったためMNPの有効期限が切れてしまい開通ができなくなったのです。
結果、どのように開通することができたのかを記載してみました。
■SIMカードが到着
SIMカードが到着。しかし、忙しさにかまけてほおっておいた。
それが、いけなかった。
そろそろやらなきゃと思ったその日は、結局、15日間のMNP有効期限がわずか1日過ぎてしまったのだ。
■MNP予約番号の再取得
MNP予約番号の有効期限が切れたということは、元のキャリアの契約が継続しているということ。
なので、MNP予約番号を再度取得した。
想像するに、ahamoへの申し込みの際に、最初のMNP予約番号を登録しているのだから、再取得した
番号を再登録する必要があると考えた。
しかし、その方法は全く見当たらない。
ダメ元で、ahamoの開通処理をしてみることにした。
■エラーが発生
ある意味予想通りだった。
ahamoで開通処理をしたところエラーになった。
ahamo（アハモ）の開通処理で発生したエラー画面「エラーが発生し、開通手続きができませんでした。しばらく時間がたってからやりなおすか、
電話での開通にてお手続きを進めてください。また、MNP（おのりかえ）の方は開通受付時間外の
可能性があります。開通受付時間を確認の上再度お手続きをお願いいたします。

という内容だった。
実際、作業を行ったのが21時以降だったこともあり開通受付時間外なのかと思い、その日は一旦あきらめた。
後日、日中に再び開通処理を行ったところ同じメッセージが出る。
このエラーコードで、ネットを検索しても該当する情報が見つからない。
ahamoは基本的に自分でなんとかしなければいけない。
さあ、どうしたものか。。。
■チャットがつながらない・・・
どうやら、チャットでのサポートはあるようだ。
チャットを起動してみる。
ahamo（アハモ）のチャットにつながらない
「ただいま大変混雑しております。しばらく経ってから、再度お試しください。」と出る。
これを何度も繰り返すが、数日にわたってつながらない。。。
一体どうせよと？
実は？なのか、この画面を出しっぱなしにしておけば、いずれつながるという情報をネットで
見つけたので、試しに出しっぱなしにしておいた。そうすると、10分程度で順次オペレーターに
つながるというメッセージに変わった。
さらに、10分くらいでようやくオペレーターにつながった。
詳細な内容は割愛しますが、概ねこんなやり取りがあった。

開通を試みたところ、以下のエラーが出ます。

電話番号：0120-087-360 午前 9:00 ～ 午後 8:00（年中無休） ※音声ガイダンスに沿って「２」とお進みください。

※お問い合わせ時間により受付できないオーダーがあります。
と、言うことで解決の道筋が見えてきた。
■ドコモインフォメーションセンターへ連絡
早速、ドコモインフォメーションセンターへ電話してみる。
ここは、あっさりと電話はつながった。
MNP予約番号の再取得を聞かれる。
取得済みを伝えると、本人確認のためのネットワーク暗唱番号の入力を依頼され、本人確認ができてからは、
再取得したMNP予約番号を伝えたところ、
「5分後には開通します。」
とのことだった。
これでようやくつながる。
と、思ったのだが、まだ解決はしなかった。
※おそらく、同様の問題が発生している方はここまでで解決するはず。以降は自分独自の問題かと思われます。
■SIMが無効です
ahamoのSIMカードをiPhoneに差し替えて起動したそうすると出たのがこのメッセージ。
「SIMが無効です。」
SIMが無効です
あらら、、、まだ、ahamoへは遠い道のり・・・
そんな気がした。
SIMロックは解除したつもりだった。
しかし、解除されていなかった様子。
MySoftBankからできるだろう。
そう思っていた。
そうしたら、My SoftBankはもう使えなくなっていた。
そうだよね、MNP転出が完了したのだから、解約してしまっているのだし。。。
解約済みだとMySoftbankは使えない
■SoftBankショップへ行くしかないのか
もう、SoftBankショップへ行くしかないようだ。
WEBから予約しようとすると、最短で明日。当日の場合は電話してみて、ということがサイトに書かれていたので
電話した。
そうすると、予約なら最短で4日後だという。
（WEBには明日も予約できそうな状態だったけど！？）
という言葉は一旦かみ殺して、SIMロックを解除したいのだけど、という用件を伝えたところ
SIMロック解除だけなら、予約しなくても直接店頭に来ていただければ可能だという。
ただし、店頭での手続きの場合「3,300円かかります。」とのこと。
サイトからならただなのに・・
そんなこと言っても仕方がないので、後から行こうと思い電話を切った。
■他に手段があるかも？
TVではジャイアンツ戦が流れている。（個人の趣味ですが）
これが終わったら、足を運ぼうと考えていたところにふと思い出した。
（そういえば、SoftBankは別名義で数回線を契約していた。別の回線のアカウントを使えないだろうか？）
その点に気が付いて、別の回線でMySoftBankへログインした。
ログインできた。（これは当然）
SIMロック解除手続きメニューをクリックしてみる。
MySoftBankでSIMロック解除
製造番号（IMEI番号）の入力
IMEI番号の入力で、SIMロック解除をしたいiPhoneのIMEI番号を入力する。
SIMロック解除ができた！
やった、できた！
後は、SIMカードをahamoのものに差し替えるだけ！
できました。
無事、完了しました。
長い道のりでした。
まとめ（2021.5.1時点の情報）
・ahamoへの乗り換えでMNP予約番号の期限が切れたらドコモインフォメーションセンターへ電話するしかない
・MNP予約番号の期限が切れたら再取得をしておく
・現在使っているスマホをそのまま使う場合は、ahamoへ開通する前にSIMロック解除を忘れない
・ahamoのチャットはそのままにしておけばいずれつながるようだ
・最後の手段は、ドコモショップで有料サポートを受けることも考える（3,300円かかりますが）
恐らく、ahamoのサポートチャットが混む状態はしばらく続くでしょう。
まだ、新しいサービスなので利用者からの情報も少ないに違いありません。
自分と同じ問題にぶち当たった方が、ここで解決できれば幸いです。
